These terms govern your use of the FairVend website and any agreement you enter into with FairVend Ltd (company number pending).

Use of this site

You may browse, share, and link to any public page. Product imagery and copy on this site are owned by FairVend or licensed from equipment manufacturers and may not be reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

Quotes and pricing

Any pricing shown or indicated during a quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, and subject to a site visit before contract issue. Final pricing depends on site-specific factors including power availability, flooring, and any required installation works.

Service agreements

Ongoing service (operated, canteen, DIY support) is provided under a separate written agreement issued after the proposal stage. Minimum terms and notice periods are set out in that agreement.
